We have improved our KYC and here’s what changed

► First of all, we have split the questionnaire into four steps. Now it’s much easier for users to understand what info they need to provide, what documents they should attach and what are the requirements for their photos. The system won’t let you any further unless you’ve completed your current step.
► Secondly, we have updated the textual content of the entire section. All the requirements and rules are now simply and correctly phrased, so that each step is clear for the users.
► And lastly, the fourth step indicates the status of your application now. If it’s successful, you will see a “Your account has been successfully verified” sign. If not, it will be stated too and the system will ask you to submit additional documents or add more information.
