We have changed the way users confirm withdrawal requests and made this process even simpler. Previously, users were asked to click the link in the email they received after requesting a withdrawal.
Now you receive an email with a confirmation code. All you need to do is enter this code in the same window where you requested a withdrawal: no extra steps or new tabs.
How does it work?
- Go to “Spot Balance” and click “Withdrawal” near the asset you want to withdraw.
- Enter the address & the total amount you want to withdraw and click “Withdrawal request”.
- You will see the withdrawal confirmation form, where you need to enter a 6-digit confirmation code you received via Email.
- If you have the 2FA on, you also need to enter the 2FA code.
What to pay attention to?
- You’ve got 180 seconds to enter the confirmation and 2FA codes. If the time has run out, you need to request a new code.
- If you failed to enter the code 6 times, the form will be closed. You can try again every 60 seconds.
- You can refresh the code as many times as you want.
- If you have the two-factor authentication on, you will be able to enter the 2FA code 5 times.
