During the past few months we’ve been imporving our website to make it as user-friendly as possible. For example, our old KYC has turned into a simple form that allows our users to verify their accounts in just a few minutes. We still have a lot of updates ahead, but today we would like to introduce our new Balance page. We analysed a lot of examples from other exchanges and took the feedback from our users into consideration before changing it. The process wasn’t fast, but now we can finally say that this page has everything a user needs and even more: from a transaction history to improved deposit and withdrawal windows. Curious? Let’s take a closer look:

  • The first thing worth mentioning is that the Balance page has been divided into 3 sections: All, Fiat and Stables.
  • Users can see their available balance in BTC and USD equivalent in the top right corner of the page from now on. It can also be hidden for security purposes, so if you need to send a screenshot and don’t want anyone to see your funds — this tool is just right for you!
  • Another important feature is the history of each asset. Simply click on any of the currencies to see five latest transactions and all the information about them.
  • When the history of a currency is open, you can see its equivalent in BTC in the top right corner.
  • Now let’s take a look at the new “Go to trade” link. Using it is very convenient and there’s one more nice bonus: if you’ve previously selected a currency pair you like, it will be shown in yellow(so that you don’t miss it).
  • Another useful feature is the improved calculator. After you’ve typed in the amount of digital assets you want to deposit, you will see the exact sum needed for it. The same goes for withdrawal: you’ll see how much will be taken from your balance (incl. fee) immediately.
  • If you’ve selected a currency for a deposit or withdrawal and than changed your mind, don’t worry, there’s no need to go back and search for the right digital asset. You can simply select another one from the drop-down menu of the pop-up window.
  • Hash and address are visible in the history of any currency and you can quickly copy them for any purpose.

We still have a lot of changes ahead, but this one will significantly improve our users’ experience with the exchange. Go to our Balance page and see for yourself!
