When you make a deposit, all the assets go to your Main Balance. To start trading, you need to transfer them to your Trade Balance (or Margin Balance if you want to start Margin Trading). These balances were explicitly created to separate the assets and make the process of trading even more comfortable.
Where can you find your balances?
Click the “Balance” page in the top menu and select either “Spot” or “Margin”.
If you selected “Spot”, you will see a table with information about your available Main and Trade balances. You can transfer your funds from one balance to another by clicking the arrows in the Transfer column. This option is needed to divide the funds you want to trade from your Main balance and avoid risking all the funds at once while trading. The transfer from Main to Trade balance and vice versa is free.

If you selected “Margin”, you will see a table with the information about your available Main and Margin balances. To open a margin position, you need to have a certain amount of funds you can use as “margin” on your Margin balance. You can transfer your funds from one balance to another by clicking the arrows in the Transfer column. The transfer from Main to Margin balance and vice versa is free.
