Whitelist is our newest feature that allows you to withdraw the funds faster, easier, and safer. Now you can create a list of addresses you trust and withdraw funds to them only. You don’t need to worry about typing in the wrong address anymore: simply add it to the whitelist and you’re good to go. Moreover, you only need to enter the address once and it will be automatically added the next time. Pretty convenient, isn’t it? Let’s find out more about the whitelist!
How can I activate the whitelist?
- Go to your account and select the Security section. Enable the 2FA on our exchange. Find out what it is and how to enable it here.
- Scroll down and find the Address management section.
- Hit the switch near the “The whitelist is turned off” and enter the 2FA code.
To start off, click “Add an address to the whitelist”, select the asset you want and type in the address. Description is optional. Then tap “Add”.
What else should I know?
- The whitelist works for both crypto and fiat, so you can add not only addresses but also bank card numbers.
- You need to enter the 2FA code when performing any actions with the whitelist (deactivating, adding or removing addresses).
- If you activated the whitelist, but haven’t added any addresses yet, you won’t be able to withdraw any funds.
- If you activated the whitelist and want to withdraw funds to an address that is not on the list, you won’t be able to do it. You’ll need to add the address first.
- If you turn off the 2FA on the exchange, the whitelist will be turned off automatically.
- You can add a description to the addresses in the whitelist. It’s useful when you have different addresses for the same asset.
- The addresses you’ve added to the whitelist cannot be edited, you can only delete an address and add it again.
- If you turned the whitelist with addresses off, they will be recovered when turned on again.
