Whois0x is a search engine where you can query about Ethereum address or social identities. It’s a tool to claim, understand and verify who owns an Ethereum address. View it as a cryptographically secured association of your Twitter, Github, Linkedin accounts, your website and your Ethereum address.

This story is about tokens visualization and wealth valuation

We believe there is a way to display token and Ethereum balance that allows anyone to embrace in the glimpse of an eye wealth and interest of an Ethereum address.

Tokens integration

We created a token section where you will find all your ERC20 tokens with their dollar valuations and a quick access link to the token website organization.

Let’s see what we can get for the biggest Basic Attention Token (BAT) holder: 0x7c31560552170CE96c4a7b018e93CDDC19dC61B6

Dollar valuation is updated every hour from Coinmarketcap.com. Click on the BAT token icon and you’ll reach basicattentiontoken.org.

This guy has other tokens and they will all be displayed if they are in the thousand biggest tokens valuations, hence you’ll see:

As an other example, we can take one of Vitalik’s well known address: 0xab5801a7d398351b8be11c439e05c5b3259aec9b

Tokens section will be displayed like:

This address is a classic. We can see that Vitalik owns 30 tokens among the top thousand capitalization. Most of them have been given to him, probably in the hope of awareness. This is something that can be seen for many well known addresses.

Net wealth

As we have the value in dollar for every token, we can display the token wealth for an address. We added Ether holdings valued in dollar as well.

For the biggest BAT token holder, we will have:

And for Vitalik:

These addresses show also the total number of ETH transaction that went in and out of the account, it gives an intuitive view of the activity.

Few more improvements

We also added activity tracker for each address. We will show:

  • First ETH activity date
  • Numbers of transactions
  • Last ETH activity date
  • Total ETH that went in the wallet address
  • Total ETH that went out the wallet

Taking back Vitalik’s address, we can see:

0xab5801a7d398351b8be11c439e05c5b3259aec9b

On the roadmap for the next iteration is transaction display and other cool things.

That’s all folks for this one.

We keep on improving the tool, let us know what you think about it in the comments.
