Gut Dysfunction Isn’t Just About Bloating — It’s a Systemic Issue That Can Reshape Your Entire Health
My gut issues were so bad I wrote a book about it. Here’s what I learned.
By the time you finish reading, you’ll know how gut dysfunction disrupts not just digestion, but your brain, hormones, immune system, and energy — and why most people never trace their symptoms back to the root.
My Struggle with Gut Issues
It started with the bloating. Not the occasional post-meal puffiness, but the kind that made even simple foods feel like a risk. Then came the fatigue. The kind that didn’t matter, how long I’d slept.
By the time I was 20, I had tried every elimination diet, every supplement stack, every new biohacking trend that promised more energy or better digestion. I was raw vegan. Then low-FODMAP. Then gluten-free. I counted macros. Tracked everything. Obsessed over clean eating. Still, my skin broke out. Still, my cycles were irregular. Still, I felt drained, bloated, and shit. But none of it was “serious” enough to get a diagnosis. I knew the doctor would say “some bloating is normal!!!!”
And that’s the thing about gut dysfunction. It rarely announces itself all at once.
