I remember THAT day.

I was halfway through a pint of rocky road and a shame spiral when it hit me:

I am not broken. My mindset is.

See, for years, I believed I needed to work harder. Get up earlier. Meditate more. Manifest harder. Maybe buy a crystal or seven. But in reality? I wasn’t spiritually off-track or emotionally defective.

I just needed a mental software update.

So I rewrote the rules. Rewired the patterns. And, with time, these seven mindset shifts pulled me out of survival mode and into thriving.

Here they are. Sharp. Simple. Use them as medicine, not commandments. But trust me: they work.

Discomfort is Not a Threat But a Catalyst for Growth
