Did you know your fears are lying to you?

They tell you to stay small, to avoid risks, and to never step out of your comfort zone.

They convince you that playing safe is the only way to live. But they are dead wrong.

You think your fears are protecting you. When, in reality, they hold you back from your best life.

Being fearless isn’t the goal. Learning to manage fear is.

Fear only has power if you allow it. It is time to stop letting fear control your decisions and start reclaiming your power.

Here is how:

You Fear You Will Fail

The fear of failure isn’t reserved for a few unlucky souls — it is universal.

This fear stops us from hitting “send” on a job application, from telling someone how we really feel, from launching a project we have been dreaming about.

It makes us believe it is safer to stay where we are and keep our dreams tucked away because we might fail.

But…

Failure isn’t the enemy. Fear is.
