It’s okay to be down, it’s not okay to stay down.

Over the past 5 years alone, I’ve dealt with more mental health issues than I can count on my fingers.

Psychiatrists have given me just about every label that you can think of.

While labels gave me clarity, I found myself prone to staying down and staying stuck because of the story I told myself.

Here are some reminders that pull me out of my depressive states.

At the high of his wealth, JDR was worth almost 3% of the US GDP at the time.

To put that in perspective, that would be $360 Billion today — over 156% richer than the richest man at the time of this writing (Elon Musk).
