Wibson Update 08.21.2018

Welcome to our second pre-launch update. This update will focus on recent content, event, community, and partnership developments. Let’s dive right in.

Wibson.org Updated with Presentation and Chinese Language

First up, we have enhanced the Wibson.org website with a pdf document of the presentation that has been part of the Wibson Own Your Data World Tour over the last several months. The presentation document includes all of speaker and Wibson CEO & Co-Founder Mat Travizano’s notes so everyone who views it will have the full context of the talk that as been attended by thousands in Europe, China, Korea and Japan.

The Wibson website is also now available in Chinese with new translations for Japanese and Spanish coming soon.

Chinese Agency and WeChat

Wibson has selected Horman Capital as our PR agency in China to help grow our supporter base there and get closer to the Chinese blockchain, crypto, and data communities. With Horman’s help, we’ve recently set up a WeChat group.

Twitter Hits 10k

The Wibson @WibsonOrg Twitter account recently blew past 10k followers and growth is showing no signs of slowing down. Thank you to all our interested supports!

Event in Buenos Aires This Week

We are happy to announce that the Wibson Own Your Data World tour is making a second stop in Buenos Aires. Wibson will take part in the Media Party, a three-day event that gathers more than 2500 entrepreneurs, journalists, developers and designers from five continents to work together for the future of media. Wibson will have a booth in the Media Fair on the 22nd of August from 18:00hs to 20:00hs. The same day at 20:00hs, Martin Minnoni, Wibson co-founder & CTO will present Own Your Data to the public. Finally, we recently created a short new video to give those new to Wibson a quick understanding of how the app works. This video will be showing up across all our community and social media properties so please share when you are introducing friends to Wibson.
