Charge your cell phones at Starbucks, no matter which smart phone you have

So far only a selected few android smartphones have the capability of wireless charging. Starbucks’ initiative to provide wireless charging has been there but with this new add on to the service, powermat has brought wireless charging to all the phones. The limit is that, only the phones with lightning connectors and mini USB connectors will be able to take advantage of the technology.

Powermat now provides charging rings as select Starbucks locations. Customers can use these rings according to their phone connector and charge their phones wirelessly.

This is a great news for all the cell phone users, especially for vast number of iPhone users out there, as no iPhone to date has the wireless charging capability.
