Limited Options

One obvious progression from Wick_77_#63 (Getting serious about business) is the idea of monetization. Can I… or How can I generate passive revenue? Currently the only two real options are selling products or member subscriptions As the vast majority of my content is conceptual I started to explore membership ideas.

1st dumb membership idea

The first option I toyed with back in Nov 2022 was pure laziness. At that point I had 4 themes and 2 levels: Stories and Dive In. [see Wick_77_#66 to get the gist of this]

My ‘genius’ idea was to use the stories as hooks and use the Dive In material as a membership.

This would allow me to launch with minimal content as I developed the membership material.

2nd dumb membership idea

As we entered 2023 and the wave of ‘get serious’ emerged I realised how ludacris this was. So in my infinite wisdom [heavy sarcasm!] I decided to make the first part of each Dive In section available and the rest of it behind a paywall. This meant…
