We are announcing the new interface just launched in Wideping.

We’ve been working for some time in this new interface to deliver a better experience and a more enjoyable service.

How to create your Monitor?

Now it’s even more straightforward to create a monitor and start tracking your website’s uptime.

  • Log into Wideping.
  • At the main screen, click at the button CREATE MONITOR or CREATE.
No monitors yet created
  • This will open the form for you to create a new monitor. Fill up the fields with the data of your website, app or server. Click at the button SAVE.

Done! You are all set with your new monitor.

It’s also important to assign to the Monitor a Contact Group and a Contact so as to receive notifications via email.

How to check the Uptime report?

At the main screen, click at the icon showing 3 bars of the specific monitor. The next screen will show you a graph of the uptime response and some important information live average, max and min response times.

You can also scroll down and select the LOGS tab to list all logs retrieved from the monitor, with the specific response time of each and from where it was triggered.
