After numerous washovers during fierce storms that scatter two tonne blocks of concrete like a pile of flotsam, work begins to reinforce the breakwall at Coffs Harbour.
The dozers pictured are widening the wall to ensure access for a crane into the future. Pure coincidence or prescient planning for the future?
