My heart is bigger than my chest, my roots go further in the ground, my leaves go beyond the clouds, and today my vision of what is possible makes the sense of time disappear.

Past is repeating today, future was created a few weeks ago, and today we live future, past and present in the same deep breath.

Take a deep breath in, hold it, feel the air in your lungs, taste it, play with it, exhale and let it go.

Take the attention to your body, feel beyond your skin, see beyond your sight, focus on your attention.

Make clear your intention, sharpen your intuition, clear your mind.

Learn to be your best thermometer, learn to become your best compass, learn to navigate in new territory, become your own healer.

Think like a mountain, breathe like a tree, move like a river, transform yourself like the earth.

We are here together, to thrive together, to create synergies with our various cycles, to learn from and with each other, to emerge together.

The forest is about Cooperation, collaboration, deep listening, deep gratitude, balance, light and grounded at the same time.

Come and dance with us, come and learn to make love with the universe, starting from yourself.

Feel the pleasure of breathing, feel the pleasure of being present, feel the pleasure of feeling grounded, and feel the pleasure of flying high.

Feel every cell of your body, feel the wind on your skin, feel your blood in your veins, feel the heat of your heart.

Feel your lips, feel my lips on yours, feel the pleasure of this kiss.

This one moment is a reminder of everything that is possible.

Embrace your present, remember to practice your intuition, go beyond the patterns of the past, compost what is too much right now and learn to slow down to your next phase.

We are here to celebrate the sun and the full moon of the summer together, to remember that we are made to feel, to remember to live with our cycles, to inspire each other to see beyond ourselves, to give each other strength for whatever is to come.

Enjoy the summer. Understand your limits on your expansive cycle, prepare to let it go soon, but for now, take a deep breath in. Let’s make the most of it now.
