🏆 This month, we feature Cortnie Abercrombie, CEO and Founder of AI Truth, and author of “What you don’t know”.

Cortnie Abercrombie is a top advisor to Fortune 500 companies on responsible Artificial Intelligence. She is also Founder and CEO of AI Truth, a nonprofit dedicated to responsible creation and use of AI. She led a Shark Tank–style AI solutions incubator at IBM and created one of the world’s largest Chief Data and Analytics Officer communities. She uses tech to protect underdogs, empower survivors, and improve women’s health.

In her book she makes it easy to understand how AI works and unveils what companies are doing with AI that can impact people the most. Most importantly, she offers practical advice on what one can do about it today and the change one should demand for the future.

🙌The WiMLDS chapters for Paris, France and Poznan, Poland came together to support the inaugural meetup for Kyiv, Ukraine!

“…WiMLDS Kyiv plans to promote Ukrainian female machine learning and data science practitioners.

Additionally, the Kyiv chapter will create a mentoring program for women currently serving in the Ukrainian Military to help them in transition back to civilian life after the war and to start a career in data science. Excellent initiative, count us in!”
