Dear Winchain users:
We regret to inform you that OKEx has recently decided to suspend $WIN token trading pairs (WIN/BTC and WIN/ETH) without giving us any notification in advance. We’re taking initiatives to get in touch with them as soon as we know it. Until now, all the communications including protests seem to be invalid. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, the Winchain team is committed to continue to defend your rights and keep following up with OKEx on this matter.
To safeguard the interests of each every Winchain user, we would like to suggest you to cancel all outstanding $WIN token trading transactions by 14:00 December 14 (GMT+8), otherwise the outstanding trading transactions will be cancelled by the OKEx system, and the remaining assets will be refunded to your OKEx accounts.
It’s important to know that OkEx will suspend $WIN token’s deposit and withdraw functions from 14:00 December 31st (GMT+8), we’re hereby strongly suggest you MUST withdraw all your $WIN tokens back to your Winchain wallet before this time.

We would like to emphasise that the suspension of OKEx trading pairs will not impact our development. Our lottery business operation in Uganda is running smoothly as expected, and we just established a local operating team in Zambia very recently.
In the meantime, we’re actively working with alternative crypto-currency exchanges and it is expected to get $WIN token listed by the end of the month.
