Day 76 of the invasion and Planet KR203 and victory was almost certain, except the humans (as they called themselves) turned a corner. The fleet lost three ships in the last two battles after losing only one in the days preceding. Commander KR#$1!! ordered a full review of the skirmishes to determine if the humans had gained an edge or the troops lost theirs.

The combat recordings showed the humans had no new weapons, and their tactics remained as stale and futile as ever. Human troops were slow, uncoordinated dimwits with only four appendages — two of which they needed to remain upright. And yet the Kr!ll troops were slower to respond than they’d been at the beginning of the campaign.

KR#$1!! was scrolling through the combat films on his holographic screen when his XO floated into the command center. He waved a bio tube in his upper quadrant tentacle. “They’re overweight. Our troops have gained an average of 200 gaggles since the occupation began.”

Human troops were slow, uncoordinated dimwits with only four appendages — two of which they needed to remain upright. And yet the Kr!ll troops were slower to respond than they’d been at the beginning of the campaign.

When KR#$1!! asked if the command staff knew why, his XO called up the data on the hologram which documented the spread and trajectory of the virus infecting the troops.

The Kr!ll commanders ordered their forces to destroy earth’s cheeseburger distribution centers (called “Drive Thru”). Two hours after they issued the command, the Kr!ll learned the meaning of the earth’s word ‘mutiny.’

Parental advisory: Raising Hell contains a little sexual innuendo and lots of graphic comic violence. This makes it perfectly acceptable for children.
