What’s new in Wing Assistant 2.1
As usual, we are always excited to provide you with new ways to save more time and get the most out of your Wing team! Take a look at what’s new in Wing Assistant version 2.1 below!
- Archive Tasks feature
You can now archive your tasks! Once a task is archived, you can see it again by tapping the “Show Archived” button. If you’d like, you may choose to show your Archived Tasks — or have them remain hidden — your choice!
This is your Archived Tasks view
When you’ve seen all you were looking to see in your Archived Tasks, simply tap “Close Archived” to return to your task view.
2. Refreshed List View
The all-new list view feature on the Kanban Board allows you to view your tasks in a list. By selecting the list button, as shown in the screenshot below, your tasks will be shown in a list-like fashion instead of the usual kanban board.
3. Assign tasks to yourself!
By default, new tasks are assigned to your Wing team, but now, you can assign tasks to yourself as well. We did this because we had users telling us they wanted to use Wing’s Kanban board to manage their own tasks as well. As a result, you can assign a task to Wing, or “Myself”. Here’s an example in List view — but you can do this from anywhere (new task, edit task, or kanban!)
4. Filters
Whether you’d like to see All Tasks, My Tasks, or Wing’s Tasks — you can choose with the new filter above the Tasks view!
5. Tipping your VA
We constantly have clients requesting to tip their Wing team members. Now, instead of having to contact your CSM to organize, you can do it directly from the Wing app. Please note that it’s not necessary to tip your Wing team, however, it’s a great way to keep your team members happy!
6. Several stability and usability enhancements
We’ve added emojis, enabled drag-and-drop upload directly into the chatbox, improved our reply feature, added app feedback, and more!
