Update Credentials On Wing
We have updated the Wing web application with new features to help you assign tasks directly to your assistants, and also features to help report when your assistants make mistakes to us.
One major change that may affect the way you work, however, is that we have also made some upgrades to save your passwords in a more secure way using 256-bit AES encryption (Advanced Encryption Standard).
In order to, help your assistants access your credentials, we need you to update the passwords for the credentials you have shared in the past.
You can update the passwords in 3 easy steps :
- Click on the highlighted ‘Credentials’ section on the left sidebar.
2. Choose a credential and Click on the ‘Edit’ icon.
3. Enter your valid password and submit.
And there you go, all done! Please repeat this for all passwords you’d like Wing to have access to. We know it’s a bit inconvenient to have to re-enter your credentials, but in updating our encryption standards, we’re keeping your credentials safer than ever.
