- Enhancements to Wink — Our screen recording and Sharing feature, Wink, is now even better–it’s far more stable now- further allowing you to seamlessly record items for your assistant or own use.
- Training Center — Starting at only $99 with options to select weekday, weekend, on-the-job & off-the-job training for your assistants. We’ve made it easier to upskill your assistant for your organization’s needs. The perfect fit isn’t always out there, but now, we can help you create them. Wing’s Managed Training program offers courses to make your assistant an expert in various tools like Pipedrive, Zapier, Hootsuite, and more. Try out this new offering in the side menu.
- Improvements to Workflows & Users — These are complicated options in our product, so we wanted to make these sections easier to use & digest.
Let’s talk about training.
Find the courses to train your VA under the “All Training Courses” tab. Click on an item’s View Details button to learn more about the course contents & decide if it’s the right course for your needs, or tap around and choose from the other many options. Take a look at what a course looks like —
You can choose the pace you’d like to go at. Is this a rapid 2-day training, during the week, or over the weekend? Or would you prefer to give your VA more time without impacting your operations with a slower-paced training over 2 weeks? Make your selections, pick your dates, and off you go!
Once you’re satisfied with your choice, you can tap to purchase the course — and that’s it!
After you’ve successfully purchased a course, that’s it! Relax & let our specialized Training Coordinators take over. They’ll reach out to your VA and make arrangements to start the training as per your selected schedule.
You can keep track of your VA’s currently enrolled courses & their progress with the Enrolled Courses tab —
Your purchased courses stay in the Enrolled Courses section where you can track the progress of each course & learn more about the training type.
Improved Workflows & Users
We redesigned workflows to be easier to use, and easier to understand.
Our user management settings have gotten much more complex since we first started, so we wanted to take a moment and redesign this to be easier to manage.
What’s Coming Next?
- Voice Notes — Soon, you’ll be able to record voice notes directly in the Wing web, desktop & mobile apps. These will drop in the chat with your assistant. You’ll be able to attach voice notes to tasks, too!
- ACH — We know credit cards are a hassle. For our US customers, soon, you can switch to ACH as your preferred payment method at Wing. Instantly link your US bank account with Wing in 2 easy steps.
- Wing Upgrades — Now, you can hire an expert talent from Wing with just a $99 deposit. Only pay the full amount if you’re satisfied with the talent we provide!
