No one can do it?
We just got a comment from Arnaud, asking about the signal — now we’ll usually
just reply to his comment but at this case, it’s been asked over 500 times so we decided it’s better to send an Email about it, as we realized that it’s quite an issue and we did a bad job in explaining it- so let me explain it one more time.
But first thing first, why the signal ALWAYS drops with other earbuds?
The Bluetooth waves have some long journey to make,
from your smartphone to both earbuds, and it must be done simultaneously.
Most companies try to fix the Bluetooth receiver however it has nothing to do with it,
HERO 2.0 is our second product and we know the signal issue VERY well now.
You must use the best antenna, but that’s not all — and here’s the tricky part:
Even if one of our competitors will open HERO 2.0, take a very good look at the specs,
analyze the exact location of each component and will try to copy it he’ll stay fail.
