It’s hard to believe we announced our company and pre-order last Tuesday — a week ago today. Thank you all for pre-ordering and sharing eero with your family and friends. Your support has been overwhelming.

In the first two and a half hours, we had over $100,000 in pre-orders, and things took off from there. By noon on Thursday, we passed $1,000,000 in sales.

What’s most exciting is how the system concept has resonated with our earliest customers. Over 90% of orders have been for eero systems — three or more eero devices.

The past week couldn’t have happened without all of you who put your faith in our product and company so early on. To ship you the best product as soon as possible, we’ve decided to limit our discounted pre-order pricing.

It’s not immediate. Pre-order pricing of $125 for a single eero and $299 for a 3-pack will remain in effect until this Sunday, February 15th, at midnight PST. After that, prices will go up to $199 for a single eero or $499 for 3-pack. Pre-orders submitted after February 15th at regular pricing will still ship before general availability units — in the order they were received.

We have months of execution ahead of us to make sure we deliver a great product this summer that solves your WiFi problems — and makes your lives easier and homes work better. We’re going heads-down to deliver on our promise, but we’ll periodically update you here and over email.
