Harvest Moon: Sudden and Lingering
Suddenly it is October and summer has passed us in a smokey haze. The women of Wisdom Body Collective continued to move between moons. Last month brought our series on travel. We still find ourselves in constant transition.
As the leaves in Colorado change to shades akin to the deep glow of tonight’s harvest moon, 🌝 tensions continue to build within our outer world. To grapple with the ever evolving speed of current events, C. M. Chady developed the Little Room Book to help us distinguish the impact of inner and outer events. Look for each of our Little Room Books in coming days.
In the coming weeks, WBC begins to prepare for the fall season, and explore our plans to create a sort of marketplace for sharing our creations with friends and followers this winter (more news to come in a few weeks with Halloween’s blue moon). For some, the weather has begun to shift, for all of us, smoke clings to the afternoon sun, making the sun and moon indistinguishable as different.
The firey ochre of the Harvest Moon asks us how we can see what already exists in new and different ways moving into October.
Wishing our readers safety and health in these ever chaotic times. Turn to the moon and the body. What will you harvest?
