How I Sleep like a Baby Every Night

To sleep like a baby, I’ve crafted a soothing bedtime custom that never fails to ease me into a deep slumber. I have been having a very good night sleep.
As the evening approaches, what I do is that I start by unwinding with a calming activity like reading a few pages of a book or stories on Medium.
Then, I prepare a warm cup of chamomile tea, known for its relaxing properties. Sipping on this herbal elixir as I wind down help quiet my mind and prepare my body for rest.
Finally, with a cozy blanket and comfortable pillows, I settle into bed, feeling serene and ready to drift off into a peaceful sleep.
Thanks to my bedtime routine, the next thing is to wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, just like a contented baby.
