Kids today eat foods that attack their intestinal flora, fail to provide them with plentiful nutrients, skew their immune systems and unbalance their brain chemicals. Not my son.
When I reflect on my own battles with chronic illness, I want desperately to protect my son from going through the same. He’s two and a half, but I reckon it’s never too early to start with some simple practices that will undoubtedly pay dividends over the decades laid out before him.
I’ve created three simple approaches that should help protect his little gut flora, and keep him well-nourished, energetic and connected to those people that will love him forever.
