Fantastic, another post on how to create an exercise habit.

There are already a bazillion blog posts on the internet on this topic. Many offer systems, psychological tricks, frameworks, tips, etc., to make physical activity a daily routine.

A key to building an exercise habit is to start with walking more. Why?

Because it’s so easy and simple. And also because of these fantastic potential benefits. With a few tweaks, you can make it an obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying option. Let me explain.

Maybe you want to be strong enough to do physical tasks efficiently, the feeling of a runner’s high, or the confidence coming from looking and feeling better.

  • Daily hassles like traffic jams
  • Financial difficulties
  • Too much responsibility and a heavy workload
