For those who already had to deal with recruitment, you can relate on how difficult it could be to find “doers who dream” — people who have trust in you and your vision and can do a fantastic job. We believe we succeeded in this challenge and we love our team. Here are the reasons why:

You are better than me 🤩

We created Wisebatt in 2016. Our company was born from the mix of two worlds (a PHD in electronics and a Designer). Of course, for it to grow, we needed more than our own brains; we quickly added some great talents to our duo.

The team was built around a core team who have been there from Day-1: they are part of our company’s DNA. Then we welcomed diverse new talents along the way, who are now essential to our development.

How did we choose our Team members? Our motto is simple: we employ people that are better than us at what they do.

In addition, we make sure to have a great balance between personalities. Our goal is to gather people in a passionate environment with a unique atmosphere. That is why our team members’ opinion about the new candidates matters.

Our main motivation is the pride to work with our colleagues. We admire their daily achievements and we know that they admire each other as well. This recipe creates a challenging environment, based on respect.

The current sanitary crisis we are all facing has obviously changed the way we work together. Having to manage our company from home has made us realize how much we love our team.

Ok, we know it could seem too much.

But let’s admit it! It is often once you are in a complicated situation that you notice who you can count on. And we definitely think that we have chosen great companions for our business adventure. They trust our vision and we trust their will to do the best they can for our company.

We are very proud of the team we have right now. Each of the 11 employees brings something important to Wisebatt: with their competences as well as through their personalities. Cohesion and autonomy are two values on which our professional relationship is based.

That is why we have been keeping on with our rituals since the beginning of the confinement : Daily meetings, weekly after-works, breakfasts, tips and jokes sharing… Communication has saved that cohesion spirit. But we can’t wait to find back our marks and see each other again!

These past first challenging weeks have shown us how strong our company is and that we could truly rely on each other — Of course, the fact that we are a small structure is an advantage for a quick and flexible implementation of working habits changes. Still, we couldn’t have a better proof that our team can adapt itself to uneasy situations.
