Your Capacity For Change is Amazing. Do Something About It.
“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”
― Rumi
Humans are the most adaptable creatures alive. We can design and create our own environments. We manipulate the world around us to fit our needs.
We are the only known species in existence that puts time, energy, and thought into how our mind works.
You can harness that power to create your world in your own image.
I write what I write to help you find that path; that one spark that will ignite in you a desire to take action. To make a lasting change, finally.
It doesn’t matter what demons plague your mind, it doesn’t matter how much of an imposter you think you are. It doesn’t matter how awful your work is to you. Your capacity for change is so great that if you just fucking start, by the time you realize you don’t suck anymore you’ll be miles ahead.
“The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.”
― Albert Einstein
Continue to change the way you think.
It’s Labor Day, the day those of us in America honor the hard work and efforts of our society. It’s a day that traditionally is a day of rest.
So that’s why on this day I seek to invoke in you a desire to put forth monumental effort to take action, make the change that you need to make, and get the ball rolling to dramatically improve your life.
- Read a book.
- Write a story.
- Create a video.
- Do ten push-ups.
- Go walk a mile.
- Text that cute person you like.
Do something, anything to make a change.

I’ve always got plenty. Start with these.
Thanks for reading everyone, I’m traveling today so this post was a little shorter than normal. Will be back to our regularly scheduled ranting tomorrow!
In other news, I took the plunge and started a Patreon page. This is my effort at pushing the needle from passionate-hobby to full(er)-time profession.

I want to scale the value this brand provides by 10x, but I can’t do that without your support. My beloved Megan is on the mend and is moving more and more towards independence which will free up time for both of us to get to work on giving back value to this community. You can be a part of that, should you choose, through Patreon.
Patreon is going to be the gateway to become a part of our growing community.
