FIG JAM? None here

Well, here we are, the inaugural article of Wiser Tech, yet another tech blog. Why bother? There are hundreds, no, thousands, of tech blogs. Much of the blogging sadly serves up helpings of FIG JAM with basic open source tutorials that don’t address your problems, or me too repetitions of tech opinion. That said, there are also a ton of great blogs that have helped many a frustrated developer or have provoked discussion in the tech community. We’re hoping you’ll find us useful and worth a visit.

We are Wiser Solutions, a retail data analytics company that brings together data collected from online and crowd-sourced mobile users to meet the needs of our brand and retail customers. To do this, we’ve brought together a great group of technologists that cover a lot of ground; from design thinking to deliver customer-facing analytics, data science and mobile to cloud-native micro-services at scale using DevOps.

We’ve challenged our tech team to share what they’ve learned here on Wiser Tech and in the months ahead hope you’ll visit to find lots of value.
