We often receive requests, from creators and their fans alike, for the option to reserve several sessions at a time, and we certainly encourage the ongoing, deeper relationships these partnerships foster.

We also want to help you by incentivizing your fans to stay around for longer, so you can double or even triple your monthly income on Wisio. Through Request Packages, this is now possible, and seamless.

How does a Request Package work?
Request packages let your fans purchase more sessions from you at one time, at a small discount. They offer a greater incentive to your fans to stay around for longer so you can get more requests overall.

This is an example of what your fans will see when they purchase a request from you:

Who should use Request Packages?
Packages are recommended for fans who want more tips, advice, and mentoring at a guaranteed price — and to lock down their special 1-on-1 time with you. For you, the creators, it’s a great way to increase fan retention rate, increase income by guaranteeing more requests, and build a deeper relationship with each fan.

How can I access the prepaid sessions from Request Packages?
1. Click “My Requests” at the top.

2. Go to the “Prepaid” tab.

3. Browse your prepaid requests and select your desired prepaid request.

4. Answer the request as usual.

When and how should you use Request Packages?
Whenever you get a request — and especially if it’s part of a request package — answer your fan’s question, and then assign them something else to work on, noting their remaining number of sessions. Let them know you can’t wait for them to report back with their progress. Get a refresher on all the best practices for responses.

*Request Packages allow your fans to support you by buying more sessions at a small discount. Note that to maintain your current rate, you should increase the cost per service.
