I listen to her. I learn more that way.
The narrow lies to pin her down
Repelled by her glowing heart of fire,
The wonderful warmth of self-love.
Unconditional love of others, self-loving,
Loving her choices, her dance of life.
We who lived long pain, to, late, feel self-love,
Watch and learn, feel and tear up.
With help, we too show love to our kids,
And friends, and neighbors on the web.
