You Spoke, We Listened
The holy grail of mobile app development, especially in emerging markets, is to listen to our early users.
Since the time Wobe was an idea and nothing more, customer feedback has always guided us as a product and as a team. From the early days of sharing paper prototypes in Indonesian communities to today, where we’ve shared our app with hundreds of people across the country, we take feedback seriously.
Since our app was in testing phase we’ve built on it further:
- Reworked the top-up flow to make it more intuitive!
- Language matters, so our app is friendlier now in Indonesian as well as in English
- Squashed some pesky bugs
As always, we welcome feedback from the community.
