The hierarchy of elements is important [short design critique]

In the “Edit Work Experience” dialog of the app “Ripple” the delete icon — a trash can — is displayed in front of the dialog’s title. That hierarchy suggests that deleting a work experience is the most important action a user should perform here. I’d rather think that users adding a work experience would be of much bigger interest than removing one.
