Stillness Approaching

Waves settling

Stillness

I know stillness now
I can sense it

The storm is breaking
the waves ease
and settle

It’s a delightful whisper
a long longed for
striven for haven
of no me
no thought
no feeling
no movement
the purest space

This beautiful aloneness
pure and true
