“There is no mistake,” she said closing the file.

“Sheila and Shay were the same person,” she perched her hands atop the folder with no emotion. She stared at him without the slightest shred of sympathy or empathy.

Marcus’ jaw dropped. His mind was racing. Suddenly, this cold concrete box of a room became a furnace. How could this possibly be? He’d loved them…
