General Remarks
· Our app has been under attack, that is why you may have experienced issues for a few days. We are currently working on it, but you may still see some inconsistencies.
· Banning. We need to address suspicion of ban politely on the discord. Suspicion does not prove the suspect is guilty of multi-accounting. Please do not discuss multi-accounting in the main Discord channel, but instead report it to a mod (Mad or Olga). We do not want to see fighting in the chat channel. We already shadow-ban bots based on activities we see, but we are not disclosing it.
· We try to follow up messages through support by having a structured way of dealing with tickets. If your ticket is not being answered, please point it out.
· Now you have to wait for 7 days after unstaking your $Wombat tokens before you can claim them. The 2 day unstaking period ended when Season 10 started.
WOMPLAY
Q: Can you introduce pop-up messages with announcements that we can read in-app?
A: We are working on this feature for at least our Mobile App; it is already in its test phase.
Q: Are you working on being able moving flexible stake to a locked stake?
A: We are thinking about that, but it is a bit complex to achieve that on polygon.
Q: What is going to happen if the liquidity pool on taco ends?
A: We will fill it back up.
DUNGEON MASTER
· There will be a usage for the expired duration pickers that you use for adding 15-min or 8-hr to your run duration. Team will come up with a cool solution to reward you for your expired NFTs.
· Your EOS NFTs will not be useless after the Dungeon Worlds release, so don’t worry about the NFTs that you have. There is some idea that the team is working on to deliver the best solution.
Q: I’m playing from 4 different devices, hope that this will not have a negative impact… I don’t want to be banned. I think I’m not the only one.
A: As long as you’re not multi-accounting, you can use as many devices as you like with just one account.
Q: I’m not getting any rewards with the NFT bonus equipped all day or before the chest. I need to know how the chances are calculated and how to increase my chances.
A: There are currently 7 tiers that increase your chances to get NFTs in daily chests, there are also some factors such as contribution points, extra percent chance of NFT gears, etc. that can give you a boost. The higher the tier, the better your chances are of getting NFTs and packs in the chest. In order to be placed in any of those tiers, you should have more than 0 contribution points.
Q: Do we have any new features coming for clans yet? (I am patiently waiting for my clan to be able to do something other than buying new members.) I think clan owners have been providing a lot for the userbase with very little reward or reason to do so.
A: There are clan rewards coming soon. The second thing will be clan management, so you will be able to swap inactive players. This is almost ready for development.
Q: Material like coal and iron with land right now start to be really useless. Is there any plan to make more utility with them?
A: Can’t give a date yet, but there will be more things to buy for your materials in the future. However, this is not a priority right now.
Q: When will the confetti NFTs get a better use?
A: There are currently no plans for this.
Q: Season Pass Pack contains 3 nfts, and it’s fixed, but to make things more interesting, can you make it so that we will win extra nfts from it?
A: This seems like a good idea, but no promises here.
Q: What wombatium is used to blend packs to previous seasons’ ones?
A: You cannot blend backwards because those early items will lose value. And we want it this way to make them more scarce.
Q: When are new sidekicks coming?
A: In about a week.
Q: About the token boost gear. Do you need to wear it throughout your run, or is it enough to put it on before you start the run and take it off later?
A: The computation is done at the beginning of the run.
Q: I just saw the EOS wombatchamp and love the art. Any chance that those „chainclash“ champs will be revived?
A: We can have a vote so that the community can decide if they want this or not.
DUNGEON WORLDS
· Team is working on a new slot for the Dojo, so two characters can be trained at the same time.
· There is a renting idea that you can rent your NFTs, and they can be locked in the smart contract, but nothing is implemented at the moment.
Q: What’s up with the XP in Dojo? Sometimes it cannot be claimed!
A: It has been fixed, but some people are still having issue. We will look into it again.
Q: What will happen to items and packs we get in DM after the move to DW? Will there be still any use for them?
A: Yes, they will continue to have usage.
Q: When wombatchamps in Dungeon Worlds?
A: After the clan updates. Wombatchamps collection will have some use in Dungeon Worlds, it may be the next slot in the Dojo.
Q: What does prospective Dungeon Masters need to be doing in preparation for the Dungeon Worlds launch?
A: We would try to keep everyone updated with every bit of news.
