The desktop app is live!
Hi Wombat Family!
A few weeks ago, we announced the beta testing phase of our desktop app. Today, we’re excited to release it for everyone, both on Windows and macOS! But that’s not all — to improve your experience with the app, we’re launching a $2000 bug-hunting campaign with NFTs and $WOMBAT tokens as prizes.
Where can I get the app?
To download the app directly, please use this link. When on the download page, choose the OS you want to download the app for.
Your system may require you to launch the installation file with admin permissions.
Please note that the app is not compatible with 32-bit Windows systems and older macOS versions.
What is included in the app?
As it is still a beta version of the app, the contents are limited. The current build contains full swapping functionality, along with the Explorer, the Wallet and quick access buttons to your favourite Wombat titles — Dungeon Master and Dungeon Worlds. The Playground will follow suit in the next app updates.
How do I participate in the bug-hunting campaign?
The bug hunt rewards every user who submits a bug report that our team is able to reproduce and verify as valid. For every such report, you will get an NFT from us — plus a chance of getting a handful of $WOMBAT tokens!
The tokens will be distributed randomly. However, you can increase your chances of getting some by submitting more valid bug reports.
Please note that we will only review bug reports about the app itself. Reports concerning Dungeon Master, Dungeon Worlds or any third-party dApp will not count.
The bug hunt starts today and will last until May, 10. To join the campaign, simply download the app and fill out this form every time you find a bug.
