A project with the mission of making public spaces more accessible and safe for women by incorporating inclusiveness and gender neutrality.

What is it about?

Our vision is to see women engaging in public spaces without any social barrier and to influence the planning of future urban spaces with the motive of constructing them as safe and open for women and children alike so that they can participate fearlessly in the social arena without being judged and constantly live in apprehension

Why “Women in public spaces”?

Research shows that social relations within a space and the group who controls the space socially have a greater influence on how safe women feel. And this fear plays a very important role in limiting women’s activities and their engagement in a community.

How do we do it?

Spreading awareness, Community engaging activities, Constructing sustainable solutions
