The Feeding Room Project

We have always wondered where do mothers breastfeed their babies in the public in India. Coming to the capital city of Kerala we found just 10 places for a city of 10 lakh residents!!
But none of these were any public spaces such as parks, bus stands,beaches, banks, or even some major hospitals in town.

Most of the places were exclusive for customers who enter their shops(obviously), so shouldn’t the govt. do something about it?

But as we know if we wait for the govt. to make changes for the public that is going to take a really really long time! So that’s when we decided to take up the responsibility upon ourselves, thus rose “the feeding room project”!
