And now that he stood right across her,

She knew that she wouldn’t let herself more suffer,

The person in front of her was a complete stranger,

Long gone was he whom she once called her brother.

She never thought that anything would/could come between them,

Money, out of all, was something that he most condemned,

Yet here they stood, fighting over these worthless gems,

How insignificant this all was in the end.

She didn’t care one bit about her share in the property,

Yet she wanted him to realize her right in this company,

So she decided to fight with all her ability,

If he can inherit it, then “whynotme?”
