We’re on the lookout for technical and non-technical topics, which can cover Career Development, Mentoring, D&I, Coding, STEM, Design, Product, pretty much anything relevant to someone’s career in Technology.

• What skills are needed to transition to being a leader

Tips for Writing

• Intro: Your intro is a way to draw the reader in, so give a brief introduction about the topic and something that would give a hint of what the rest of the post will be about.
• Images: if you have images in your article, please refer to the source.You can refer to sites like Unsplash for free images. Please avoid images that would be offensive to others.
• Sources: If you referred to another resource while researching, please include a reference to the source.
