Fed up of sitting idle and not doing anything?

Want to bake a cake and learn guitar like your friend but lost the will to get up from bed?

Well, amidst the crisis, everyone has lost motivation to some extent. Everything either seems monotonous or difficult. In that case, a letter to motivation was indeed needed! Here’s a jest of what happens when the writer wrote a letter to motivation!

Part 1 –

Dear motivation,

It’s been a rough year. Drowning in every day’s sad news and miseries. I wish I could help people ease their pain. Inspire them to make a difference. What else can a human do for anything but inspire others? I need your help for the same.

You seem lost since the pandemic started. People chilling in their house, rule breakers enjoying out in lockdown. Where were you to keep them motivated to stay inside for their good? People say handling you is a tough task. You don’t do being stable, always have to be pumped up by inspiration. Is that true?

Having you by my side has always worked for the best! If you believe in the development of your fellow believers then let’s plan a theory for you being always boosted up!

  1. People let their anxiety drag them down. That blocks their way to achieving their goals. This is where you play your part and help them move forward. I don’t know when we all would understand to not let our fear stop us! I’ve been always wondering when asking ‘WHY’ would turn in ‘HOW’. People don’t play it right. Instead of having you and moving forward, they keep thinking of how they got themselves in that situation. It doesn’t matter what they could have done differently. All that matters is what they are going to do next.
  2. Just that you know, I’ve also written letters to fear and focus. We are a team working for the same goal. I’ve noticed that when life hits, it can rob you of your sleep, energy and power. But one should never, ever, EVER let it fiddle with your mindset. Always keeping a sharp focus helps. Never losing sight of what’s important. Keep pushing and struggling until you get yourself up, stand straight, and look Life right in the face. What do you think, will people get this sooner?

Part 2-

Dear Sakshi,

Received your letter. Our goal looks similar to me but there is one more thing you should consider. I cannot be always available to everyone. One should learn to be disciplined. I think in that case, discipline could help you more than me to make a savage and successful ever and after.

Yours sincerely,

Motivation

That said, you will never be always motivated, so you must learn to be disciplined.

Part3-

Everybody Knows:

You can’t be all things to all people.

You can’t do all things at once.

You can’t do all things equally well.

You can’t do all things better than everyone else.

Your humanity is showing just like everyone else’s.

So:

You have to find out who you are and be that.

You have to decide what comes first, and do that.

You have to discover your strengths, and use them.

You have to learn not to compete with others,

Because no one else is in the contest of being you.

Then:

You will have learned to accept your uniqueness.

You will have learned to set priorities and make decisions.

You will have learned to live with your limitations.

You will have learned to give yourself the respect that is

due.

And you’ll be a most vital mortal.

Dare To Believe:

That you are a wonderful, unique person.

That you are a once-in-all-history event.

That it’s more than a right, it’s your duty, to be who you

are.

That life is not a problem to solve, but a gift to cherish.

And you’ll be able to stay one up on what used to get you

down.

Happy New Year y’all! Have an extraordinary year and never stop believing in yourselves.
