If there is one thing we can all agree on, it’s that finding a job is HARD. Finding a decent paying one is even harder.

Even so, finding a job in tech is arduous! With the shifts in the economy, demand for skilled employees is up but layoffs are still on the horizon, and employee turnover and retention rate are looming issues, the question arises: how can I market myself as a qualified candidate if I don’t have previous tech experience?

Many of you that are reading this already have transferrable skills into tech roles that you may not be aware of!

Do you have impeccable attention to detail, organized and are an analytical thinker? You might be fit to become a Business Analyst.

Can you negotiate like a pro, have the ability to manage a team, and comfortable to make decisions under pressure? You’re likely well-suited to become a Project Manager.

Do you like solving problems? Can you see the big picture for an idea and be able to prioritize and outline a roadmap to get there? You could be suitable for job in Product Management.

But how?
