Track Your Time to Save on Time
How using Toggl changed my workflow for the better
If you’re not already tracking your work, I urge you to start today! As a small business owner, keeping tabs on your daily tasks, goals, and client projects can help you run your business more smoothly. Whether you handle just a few tasks each day or have a larger workload, a simple tool like Toggl can make a significant difference in managing your business or freelance projects.
I used to be someone who wrote everything down on paper or used the clock on my phone to track time. However, I often misplaced the paper when it came time to report, and I’d forget about timers after receiving calls. While a paper backup is handy, why not streamline and organize your process to make it more efficient?
Why I Love Using Toggl
One of the features I appreciate most about Toggl is its browser extension, which allows seamless integration with other apps. I can easily start and stop tracking my work, add tags to each task, and even assign clients to projects. I also use Asana, and Toggl lets me sync users and projects between the two platforms effortlessly. Plus, I can’t overlook the weekly email report that gives me a detailed breakdown of my completed projects.
