Agile teams excel when their team members are co-located! At least this is what theory tells us. But how can organizations and agile teams overcome the barriers of working remotely? Or might this shift towards distributed agile become a trend?
This will be a hands-on session that will reflect on the current challenges agile teams face during these special times and how these can be mitigated by reflecting on the advantages they perceive. We will talk about practical examples, share success stories, and exchange thoughts and views on remote agile.
