Meet the new talent at women++

women++ continues to work with diverse talent, as it warmly welcomes 6 new talented and passionate volunteers to the marketing team.

women++ welcomes 6 new volunteers to the team: Maria, Sara, Constance, Eszter, Justyna, and Danielle (from left to right).

These amazing professionals are joining forces with us to move women++’s mission forward — increasing diversity in the Swiss tech industry. This year the efforts will focus on supporting the implementation of our two flagship initiatives Hack’n’Lead and deploy(impact).

Our CEO, Luisa Contreras, is very happy and grateful for the commitment and professionalism they bring to the team:

Constance Zoulim

Constance has over 15 years of experience in Media & Marketing Project Management and has strong for social media & digital content. She is passionate about biology & healthcare, loves walking in cities or nature, drinking iced coffee in summer, practicing Qi Gong and creating some fancy clothes with her sewing machine.
For Constance, contributing to women++ initiatives is an opportunity to make her conviction that “women are worth it” a reality.

Danielle Wirz

Danielle is a passionate science communicator living in Bern. She studied science for many years and now works in regulatory affairs in the healthcare industry. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys creating and sharing science content on social media and in her community. She is also a big sports fan, especially golf and football. She likes to go for long walks, practice yoga and handstands and has recently discovered CrossFit.

Danielle believes that more open communication and sharing of knowledge can encourage a more inclusive and honest world. By joining women++, she hopes to share her passion for learning, all while meeting, helping and supporting other women and hopefully making a contribution to improving diversity and inclusion in the Swiss tech industry..

Eszter Rosta

Eszter is a creative and optimistic person with good organisational skills. She’s passionate about digital marketing, writing and traveling. She likes working in a team just as much as getting tasks she can work on independently.

Eszter is very excited to join the women++ team and looks forward to opportunities to sharpen up her skills while creating a better future for women in the tech industry.

Justyna Toton

Justyna is a digital copywriter, passionate storyteller and avid learner on a mission to create stories that matter. With 4+ years of copywriting experience, she’s written hundreds of different articles, industry reports, social media descriptions, video scripts, and ads. She is interested in innovation, AI, transcultural storytelling, and neuroscience. In her free time, she loves to wander around Europe, sample local pastries, read books, and find joy and wonder in simple moments. Originally from Poland, she’s a digital nomad in the making.

Justyna believes that women can find their place in the tech world and code the inclusion of women into the tech future. Putting her storytelling skills to use in the marketing department of women++ is aligned with her personal mission.

Lara Sutter

Lara is a Graphic designer with international experience in print design. She lives in Zurich and is passionate about anything creative, from museums and exhibitions to digital design and illustration. She likes learning new languages and enjoys long walks. She is confident that good, truthful communication is the solid base for any partnership and that with collaboration and ideas exchange, great things can be achieved.

Volunteering for women++ allows Lara to work in a diverse environment and understand in-depth the Swiss work industry and its challenges to women. She looks forward to contributing with her experience in InDesign to create graphic solutions for outstanding communication.

Maria João Silveira

Maria has over a decade of experience in Customer Service and Management, with an exceptional ability to lead and coach teams, solve complex problems, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. She believes that collaboration and effective communication are essential for achieving goals and creating a positive work environment.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her dog, exploring new destinations and cultures, writing, nurturing her green thumb by caring for her plants and meditating.

Inclusion is a core value for Maria, and she has shown her commitment to this cause throughout her previous work experiences. That’s why she is enthusiastic about contributing to the women++ team, getting to know new people, and learning new skills related to social media.
