Trump Really Wants to Sell You This Pen

But Merica Ain’t Buying It

You know how people in sales talk in circles to attract you and appeal to you but, in reality, they’re saying nothing?

They may fudge the facts a bit. They may know some things about the product. Yet, they don’t really care about you necessarily.

They have one objective: to sell for their own advantage.

Kind of sounds like the guy running for president.

We saw last night (again) that he has no sound argument and no concrete plans other than his sales pitch that everyone else is bad. He is good. He will save us.

If he’s the salesman, Hillary is the craftswoman.

Hillary has contributed to presidencies and has contributed to politics. She could tell you where the presidency and America have nooks and crannies, where she made some mistakes and why there are some flaws, how they could be improved — because she actually was there behind the scenes and working on her craft. She has invested herself in this country. Which, in my opinion, means she’d actually care about the ROI.

I wonder if Trump even believes in us since, he thinks we need to “make America great again.” Unlike his experience with getting women/wives and business deals, presidency is not something you can mansplain and put a pretty bow on so people buy it.

If you recall The Wolf of Wall Street — it’s never really about the pen at all. It’s about what you can do, say or be to get a sale.

When it comes to Trump, it’s been evident he doesn’t care or know enough about the pen. And, during these debates, he’ll see—America is just not buying it.
