Making stuff club
After work on Wednesday’s we have Making Stuff Club at Lost My Name HQ. It’s a time for everyone to remember what it was like to be a child, let their creativity flow, and generally make a mess. This week we had one of our most popular sessions yet with over 30 people in attendance and even special guests popping in to get involved!
Personalised books
We make personalised books, Pretty damn good personalised books, but there’s a limit to how personalised you can go when your trying to produce books at scale. What if we removed those restrictions and made a totally unique one-off book for each other?
Portrait book
The idea was simple enough, we each get a blank book and then take turns drawing each other until we have a personalised book full of portraits of ourselves. Everyone‘s sketch book was unique, filled with a combination of blank pages, pages covered in random paint splats, and various types of paper stock, colours and textures.
Instructions
Everyone gets their own blank sketch book.
.
Step 1
Pass your book to the person sat opposite.

We didn’t manage to fill our books in a single session, so I think we’ll be doing this again a few times to finish them off.
